Online surveys provide us information about customers' experiences with our products and services.
We occasionally invite our customers to participate in online surveys and provide us information on their experience with our products. These surveys are typically hosted on the sites of third-party providers.
Some Amazon.com surveys may offer an online gift card as a sign of appreciation for customers who received an e-mail invitation, qualify for, and complete the survey. You'll typically receive the gift card code at the same e-mail address you received the invitation at within two weeks of completing the survey.
Amazon.com surveys never ask customers to provide any sensitive security information such as account information, passwords, social security numbers, etc. If you receive an Amazon.com e-mail inviting you to take a survey that requests this sort of information, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Responses you provide within Amazon surveys will be subject to Amazon's Privacy Notice.

The Amazon Research Panel (ARP) is an invitation-only program created to assist in the development of private brands' products in a wide variety of categories. ARP is a program in which customers volunteer to participate in a variety of market research studies such as answering online surveys, in-home product testing, or attending taste test sessions in participating locations. Customers who receive an email invitation will be invited to complete a qualifying survey prior to being accepted into the program. Email invitations are sent out periodically throughout the year.
If you are receiving these emails and would like to unsubscribe, reply to any of the emails you receive for ARP and request to be removed from the panel.
The Amazon Research Club (ARC) is an invitation-only program created to assist in improving Amazon brands and products including grocery, household, health & wellness, personal care, baby care, and pet products.
Available to select Prime members, ARC grants participation in a variety of market research studies, product testing, early access to products, as well as information about new product launches. Members who receive an email invitation are invited to complete a qualifying survey before acceptance into the program. ARC periodically sends these invitation throughout the year.
