After listening to a Mercola podcast on K2 (the interview with Dr. Kate Rheaume-Bleue), I decided that there was probably enough benefit to this particular nutrient to look into it further. Shortly thereafter, I found a cavity in one of my lower teeth!! I thought, "Well, this is the perfect opportunity to see if vitamin K2 can actually heal a cavity!" I searched around and tried to find a K2 supplement that had a big dose of the M7 form of K2 (as that seemed to be the preferred form, according to Dr. Kate), and in my searching, came across this product, which has an average dose of M7, but a whopping dose of M4 (as an aside, I've learned that the 'half-life" argument against M4 - basically that it detectable in your body as long as M7, may, in fact, be because M4 is more bio-available than M7, and thus is absorbed more quickly... interesting)! The choice of which supplement to use was of great importance to me, as I was going into this experiment with a tangible goal: The eradication of a cavity before the cavity eradicated my tooth! I didn't want to buy the wrong thing and thereby waste time and money while the "clock was ticking". Anyway, the weight of the sheer dosage of vitamin K2 in this supplement finally won me over, as well as the fact that it checks a lot of the "organic/non-toxic" boxes that I look for, so I bought it.

For a rough timeline, I took my "before" photo on January 26th, completed the product research and pulled the trigger in early February, and received my K2 on February 6th. I took 3 pills of K2 a day, which gave me 2100 migrograms in addition to my normal daily regimen of 10-15K IU of vitamin D3. I know that will probably get me some criticism (because it's 10x the regular maintenance dose), but according to all the info I could find, K2 has no toxicity levels, and I didn't want my tooth not to heal because I was metering out insufficient quantities of the vitamin! To be honest, given the fact that enamel is such a hard substance, I thought if there was any improvement, the process would take months. I thought that I'd check on it every week or two and take photos as I went along to complement my original "before" photo. I didn't check my tooth again until the night of February 16... and the cavity was gone. The tooth had a sort of translucent grayish discoloration (visible in the "after" photo) where the cavity had been, but the cavity was no longer there. I was shocked. I'm still shocked. I immediately snapped a picture and made a meme (yes, the meme is terrible, but I've never made a meme before, but this was exciting enough to motivate me to give it a try!) with the "before" and the "after" shots side-by-side. My question is simple: If Dr. Weston A. Price wrote about the dietary approach to controlling and reversing tooth decay almost 100 years ago, why do I have enough mercury in my mouth to sink a cruise ship?

I started taking this supplement just a couple days ago, and today I've started experiencing heart palpitations, shortness of breath, and anxiety. In doing some research it appears that about 1/3 of the population has a genetic inability to rapidly process MK7, and these symptoms are the side effects (headaches are another which, thankfully, I haven't had). I'm stopping supplementing immediately, and I'd like to thank some of the other negative reviewers for sharing their side effects. If I hadn't read those reviews before purchasing this supplement, it would have taken me a lot longer to make the connection between my symptoms and this supplement.

This full spectrum Vitamin K2 is relatively new on the market, but it far surpasses ALL the other 5-star Vitamin K2 supplements on the market today in quality, ingredients, reasonable cost, efficacy, and safety. The following quotation is from RWM: "It is the only supplement in this group that contains no soy, no GMOs, no stearates, no ascorbyl palmitate, and no cholesterol." I had been taking Life Extension Super K with Advanced K2 Complex Softgels, but I discovered the following quote about the Life Extension product from reading a RWM review: "It is a fair product. It contains 1000 mcgs of Vitamin K1, 1000 mcgs Vitamin K2 as MK-4, and 200 mcgs of Vitamin K2 as MK-7. It does not contain soy. It does not contain GMOs. It does not contain stearates. It contains ascorbyl palmitate. It is not certified Kosher. It is not vegetarian. This is considered a full spectrum Vitamin K, i.e., it is a combination of several forms of Vitamin K. It contains 1000 mcgs of Vitamin K1 which the other nine supplements don't have. All of its active ingredients, including Vitamin K2, are sourced from China.". Vitamin K1 is reported that the human body recycles K1 so deficiencies are rare in adults. K1 interferes with blood thinning medications like Coumadin and Warfarin, and medical studies reflect an absence of any heart health benefits from K1. On the other hand, the Innovix Pharma Full Spectrum Vitamin K2 contains Vitamin K2 MK4 (as menatetrenone) 500mcg and Vitamin K2 MK7 (as menaquinone-7) 100 mcg. Its listed "Other Ingredients" are: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Palm Oil MCT, Gelatin, Glycerin, Purified Water, and Caramel Color. IMPORTANT NOTE: this added Caramel Color is 100% NATURAL - it is made from non-GMO corn, not the very dangerous synthetic varieties that some companies use. It is encapsulated, packaged and tested in the USA, although some of its ingredients are sourced from China. Although this Innovix Labs K2 supplement is not the cheapest on the market, it is one of the best. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their overall health by keeping calcium in bones and teeth while keeping calcium out of soft tissues and arteries and it is critical for normal brain functions and health.

I've been taking a Vitamin K supplement for the past couple of years. Originally I had purchased Life Extension Super K, which is also an excellent product, but when the time came to re-order I took another look at the choices available and the relative cost for each.

I decided to purchase this product for several reasons. First, as the product title indicates, it is a 'full spectrum' vitamin K, containing both MK-4 and MK-7 (see RWM's top ranked review for the full details on what these ingredients are and why they are important). It also doesn't include soy, GMO's, or other ingredients that are undesirable. And finally, I felt that it was the most cost-effective (lowest cost per pill), for the dosage I want to take. (The Life Extension capsules have higher dosages of MK-4 and MK-7, but it's more than I really need. Those capsules also contain K-1, which I believe is not really desired. In fact, the presence of K-1 is something that I really wasn't thinking about when I originally began using the Life Extension product, and if I had been more careful in my choice at that time, I may well have gone with this InnovixLabs product then).

I can't speak to any demonstrable benefit from taking these capsules. Vitamin's don't really work that way, most of the time the benefits are long-term and difficult to clearly identify. I take a combination of vitamins and supplements every day, based upon the research I've done and my own conclusions as to what is most likely to be helpful to me. It's not the kind of thing that's going to make an immediately noticeable difference. I consider it to be an investment in my health, and if the benefits are less than what I might hope for, then no harm done.

I'll continue to use these capsules daily.

I'd caution against this product, for a couple of reasons.

1) Personal experience: Unfortunately, this product made me feel terrible, as it did some of the other reviewers. I purchased this brand, being curious after taking Carlson's K-2 product and wondering if a combination of MK-7 and MK-4 forms would be even better since I had such good results with Carlson's. Wow. Once I figured out what was making me feel so lousy I quit it for me, and my family, right away.

2) Suspicious reviews: It's very interesting to me that the "most helpful" review by 'RWM' is authored by the same person who reviews almost every other Innovix product and another associated brand (OmegaVia) with a stellar five star rating. Many of the review start out the same..."Here's a side by side comparison of ten leading...." These views are copied virtually verbatim on the other 9 products, if not others. (Maybe that's how I found this product, was his review of Carlson's K-2)

3) No other information: Innovix labs is virtually unheard of outside of Amazon, except for it's own website. I can't even get it to come up on other supplement seller's sites. (Try a google search for immediate verification.) Seems to be driven more by marketing than anything else.

I would steer clear and try one of the other "9 leading products" he mentions. I'm going back to Carlson.

I had terrible heart palpitations and feelings of anxiety from taking these. I took 1 per day for 4 days before I realized they had were probably the cause of the palpitations. It took a full week for the palpitations to stop after stopping the pills. Once I was pretty sure it was the vit k and I had stopped taking them for well over week, I took it one last time just to confirm, within several I had the palpitations again. they were so bad I could sleep. Takes a while to get out of your system too. It's been almost 48 hours since taking just 1 pill. And still have palpitations, though milder still there. Horrible feeling. This is only brand of k2 ive tried. Afraid to try diff brands.

Update: it seems my problem with k2 was tied with coq10 depletions caused by taking a statins. (If your on a statin, please take coq10 with it!!!) I've since gotten off the stating and taking coq10 daily. I started taking the k2 again and it hasn't given me little if any palpitations.

Best stuff ever! I have been taking these for about two months now, and seeing amazing results and feeling so much younger. I have had several kids and that has taking a lot of my body and my teeth show it too! (research K2 during pregnancy and nursing) Plus on top of all that I have had chest pains and been hospitalized for them on and off for the last two yrs, three weeks into these no more chest pains.(Thank you Lord) I thought it was cardiovascular but never got a direct answer from a Doctor as I had not had a heart attack or stoke...yet.

To sum it up I think everyone can benefit from these k2 pills. They are very effective I take 3-4 a day throughout the day with meals, with my D3 and cod liver oil. I also take some magnesium, a whole food multi, zinc, b complex, niacin b3, and several amino acids. These have done wonders for my teeth and my cardio system in a short amount of time with results I was not getting alone on the other supplements without these.

Started taking this after reading articles which stated Vitamin K supplements were helpful with dental issues such as demineralization and sensitivity. Have seen improvement so plan to continue this supplement.

I really like this K. I was using Jarrow vitamin K which works really well, but this seems to work even better. I don't know if vitamin K is a sleep aid or not, all I know is since I've started taking this brand I sleep better and can recall my dreams, and sometimes nightmares better. I feel more rested I guess because I'm getting more rem sleep. I really don't know what it does, but my body seems to like it.

From the second day I began taking this I have had unwavering anxiety and I couldn't understand why. I was having irregular heartbeats and trouble sleeping. I've also been having tightness in my forearms and calves, like I just cant stretch those muscles enough. I thought to myself, what has changed in my life that this is happening to me? I linked it up with this K2. Stopped taking it and started feeling better after about 3 days. I guess it just isn't for everyone. Im going to try the MK-4 stuff next week and hope that the same thing doesn't happen.
