Wonderful example of the power of mindfulness. Megan is an amazing teacher. I had the privilege of being trained by her through Mindful Schools. The courses changed my life. Very worthwhile especially for individuals working with youth.
This was a great documentary to watch with a few of my classmates from my teaching prep program! We had quite a few discussions and it focuses on mindfulness and appreciating the moment to help students calm down and reorient themselves to be better with school.
