The only thing I liked is that it did get me sweating in a short time. Even though it seems like beginner dance moves and I was able to finish the entire workout I was not able to follow the dance moves correctly. Way to fast and no direction for someone that has no idea how to dance. Just not the video for me as I ended up must making up moves myself since I was not able to follow what she was doing. I do not plan on watching this or any of her other videos. Best for people that already know dance and need a quick workout or are easy at picking up dance moves quickly.
I am notably an owner of two very left feet I got excited when I saw this title as most dance work out videos are way to hard for me to pick up. Boy was i surprised how terrible this video was. First of all, music was boring, repetitive and failed to ignite the dancing spirit! But I was truly shocked how little direction was given in a video designed for beginners. Some of the hardest zhumba videos I have done were easier to follow than this. No explanation of moves, how many reps of each and then suddenly new moves would appear (that were all vaguely similar as to be a very boring routine but just different enough that I had no idea what was happening). It was terribly confusing as well; she would say things like, "bigger now" and nothing perceptible would happen. At one point she says, "And back to the top!" At no point was it made clear that there was going to be a top, where the top actually was or that we would be coming back there. Utterly confusing and a snooze-fest all at once. 15 minutes of your life you don't need to waste.
I liked that there was girl in the back of the teacher that looked very much like a beginner. She was struggling a little bit and was off beat sometimes but she was still better than I was. I actually liked this workout but the tempo is too fast in the beginning for people who are not coordinated with moving their legs, arms and moving at a fast pace. Either change the title of the Dance Fit to 'for extremely coordinated beginners' or make a new video with less movement patterns. Something simple and repetitive with only legs or only arms to start and then add in the fast beat. I tried this a week later for the second time thinking I would have improved but I was a little worse. I am just one of those people who doesn't have the coordination for complicated dance choreography. I'll keep trying but I will try with a different dance cardio video.

Monica is so fun. Before you realize it, she gets you inching into a cardio workout. Only, it doesn’t feel like a workout, because you’re too busy having fun. This program is very beginner friendly while still offering a challenge. Loved it!

This was pretty fun and got me sweating a little. It was a little frustrating sometimes with the moves because the transitions were so fast, but once you watch it a few times you should catch on. Nothing really difficult. Just takes practice.

I LOVE HER WORKOUT!!! Monica is so great, and her choreography is awesome! I get a fabulous full body workout and I keep my heart rate up while dancing! I look forward to her workout and am never bored. She is easy for me to follow and learn the steps while having fun!!
Monica is my new favorite instructor. I love her adorable outfits, her great music and fun moves. Unlike some instructors that have long songs and 10 - 15 moves per song, she keeps it clean with 2 minutes songs and about 5 moves per song. Another thing she does that makes this easier to follow is that she repeats the same move over and over so you can keep trying until you get it right. I do a lot of zumba and the music and moves in zumba can get weird sometimes (like slapping your booty). Monica's moves make me feel good and look good. Thanks Monica!
I can’t dance for the life of me but this was fun to do and I was able to follow along!! You don’t have to know how to dance! Definitely gets your heart rate up and makes you sweat. Love Monica’s videos! She’s amazing!!
