I am a chunky dunky software developer lady, but I try to exercise a couple times a week. I've been casually seeing a few different exercise instructors on Prime, but ladies, have I FOUND THE ONE. Wanna work out with a positive instructor that is just there to make sure you get some low impact aerobic exercise and your daily dose of encouragement? USE THIS VIDEO. Amazing, achievable, and really gets you sweating. Paul, I think you might be my new super hero.
I was searching for a workout that would help me ease back into my fitness after 2 knee injuries. I really enjoyed the workout. The instructor was easy to follow and so lively. I was able to finish 20 minutes. I could feel my heart pumping. I slept very good that night. I have found a new fitness instructor.

This is a really nice workout routine for good health. Great instructor ! he's a regular guy, happy disposition, easy to follow. Overall this is a really nice, healthy 30min of exercise to get the blood pumping and increase oxygen.
Instructor was accessible and easy to understand. I was not intimidated at all to try this after many sedentary years. I tuned in just to check it out and before 2 minutes I was up on my feet working out with Paul Eugene!
I really like Paul Eugene workout videos. He certainly does get you moving, has a great attitude and is fun to work out to. The only issue I had with this workout is he went a little too quickly into moves. I'm spoiled; in previous workouts of his that I've watched he shows you the move first then has you join in. Some of the exercises in this video I'd never experienced so I would have appreciated seeing him do these first. Instead you're just jumping right in (or in my case seeing the move then rewinding so I can join in). As typical with a lot of workout videos there is not enough stretching in the cool down. If you're a newbie or just restarting an exercise program stretching out is extremely important. Minimal stretching + lack of prior instruction for an exercise = 4 stars for me.
I've been sitting around the house since this Covid thing started and come to notice that my belly was starting to also sit " around " the house. I had to do something. So as I was scrolling through Prime, I came across Mr. Eugene. Love the energy he radiates. His low pact routine was perfect for me. It wasn't too overwhelming and it wasn't too easy. It was enough for me to break a sweat and to feel like I had put in some cardio work. While at the same time making me want to come back for more.
This exercise routine is great. It is not too hard but not too easy. Just right for a 57 year old just getting started with exercise. It will not be right for you if you are someone that exercises regularly and needs high intensity. No impact, fun and works. He is a "regular" guy, no fancy studio, no fancy clothes, hair or makeup people. Just him. He is positive and upbeat. I have found I really like this guy. There are no hard to follow tricky moves like a lot of the "trendy" videos where you have to put 4-5 ultra hard moves together. Then I give up because I can't follow. Just simple moves. Highly recommend and so glad I found this.
Came across this video and so glad I found it! I just starting to get back into working out later in life and his videos are really fun, easy to do and he keeps me motivated to not give up. I truly recommend using his videos in your exercise routine.
